Requirements to Foster

Must be at least 18-years-old

Provide a caring, loving home

Able to transport foster dog to vet appointments

Must participate in training lessons recommended for your foster dog

Must attend a foster orientation lesson either before fostering or within a few days of taking in a foster

Must be able to keep the new foster dog separate from any current pets for at minimum 1 day to allow for proper introductions

Any current pets must be up-to-date on all vaccines

Cats and dogs must be receiving flea/tick prevention

Dogs must be receiving heartworm prevention
